Questions
Which sizes can I make?
US passport 2 × 2 in, Japan passport and German or French 35 × 45 mm, Spanish DNI and passport 26 × 32 mm, and Brazilian 3x4 and 5x7 cm. Sizes and head ranges come from the official pages linked below.
Will the passport office accept it?
The tool handles size, framing and background. It cannot judge lighting, expression or how recent the photo is, so it cannot guarantee acceptance. Some countries only take photos from approved studios.
How do I print it at the right size?
Download the 4 × 6 sheet (six 2 × 2 in copies at 300 dpi). Order a 4 × 6 print at 100 % with no cropping or fit to page, then cut along the grey lines.
Is my face photo sent anywhere?
No. The background and the crop are done on your device and the photo never leaves it.
