Why does the first photo take longer?
The first time, the page downloads the cutting tool once (Person is lighter than Object). After that your browser keeps it and later photos start right away.
Which photos work best?
A clear subject with some contrast against the background. Person handles hair best; Object is for products, food and animals. Very large photos are reduced to 2400 px on the long side.
Can I get a white background for a shop listing?
Yes. Pick the white swatch and download: the PNG then has a solid white background instead of transparency.
Is my photo uploaded to remove the background?
No. The cut is made on your device and the photo never leaves it.
