How to use it
- Pick a level and press Start Game.
- Tap or click each mole as it pops up. On a keyboard, keys 1 to 9 match the holes.
- Skip the bombs, keep your streak going and try to beat your best score.
Questions
How are points counted?
A mole is 10 points, rising by 2 for each hit in a row up to 20. A bomb takes away 20 points, never below zero, and ends your streak.
What changes between the levels?
Easy shows moles slowly and keeps them up longer with fewer bombs. Hard is quicker, with shorter windows and more bombs. Spawns also speed up a little as the round goes on.
Does the round pause if I switch tabs?
Yes, it pauses on its own so the clock does not run while you are away. Press P to pause by hand.
Is my best score in whack-a-mole saved?
Yes, one best score for each level, in this browser on this device only. Nothing is uploaded.
